Praxe

Steven moved to the Czech Republic from California in 2008. Starting in Prague, gained formative experience as a teacher at an Art preschool/kindergarten for two years. Since then, he has taught at many kindergartens, elementary schools, secondary schools, and many English programs for children as well as English summer camps all over the country. From 2019 he helped spearhead a special bilingual English program in Brno teaching math, PE, arts and crafts in English for primary school students. For the last 3 years, he has been teaching English and social studies at a gymnazium and diligently working to prepare students for maturita exams. Over the past years, he has been exposed to a plethora of teaching techniques and approaches and is happy to teach primary school again.
