Praxe

I moved to the Czech Republic in 2013 to help my ailing grandmother. As her health improved, I realized that I needed to find employment to be able to stay and care for her so I became a welding instructor. Soon after I became special consultant to a private English teacher and that is where my real teaching career began. After that I started working for a language school where I taught in a different school everyday and was able to travel all over the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The down side to that was only seeing the same students once a month. I felt like I could do more to help the students so I decided to only work for one school. Now I can really get to know my students and help them on a daily basis!

I consider myself an outdoors man. I love being in the great outdoors, camping, hiking, and fishing. I am also a huge sports fan, my favorite sports being football ( American ), and basketball. I also love travelling to new places, learning about new cultures and visiting historical sites, as history has always been my favorite subject. I listen to all genres of music. I am an avid animal lover and I also enjoy collecting  coins.
