Cavia Therapy

The word therapy hardly captures the healing and loving effect that contact with animals can provide for us humans. From dogs to horses and even dolphins, they teach us care, love, and connection in a truly magical way. The youngest children at PORG had a heartwarming experience when they were visited by a guinea pig breeder who brought along two beautiful guinea pigs. They learned about the animals’ natural habitat, what keeps them healthy and what can harm them, and most importantly, they had the chance to hold and pet them.
