Praxe

Brennan had already travelled all over the world with a career in music entertainment and working for the US government, before finding his passion for teaching. Brennan grew up in the golden state of California working in the family theater and music business. After his studies, he began working in the fields of marketing and corporate education, then decided to return to his studies, focusing on a degree in literature and film. Brennan found his way to the Oregon state university system, working in student recruitment and found joy in working with and helping young students become the future leaders of tomorrow. He also found a desire to teach, teaching creative writing to at risk youth. After some time, he realized his desire to travel around the world was too strong to ignore, so he set off for a long journey, but didn’t get very far as he met with his future home, Prague. Returning to teaching, he worked in various international schools in Prague, before finding his way to Novy Prorg (2012). Brennan has gained extensive experience and knowledge as a teacher of literature, language, and drama. He loves teaching and the experiences and people he meets every day in the classroom.

In his spare time, Brennan enjoys playing and writing music, reading, time with his family, running, stand-up comedy and time in nature.
