On behalf of the Wharton Global Youth Program, I would like to recognize and congratulate your remarkable students from NPIS_1 that advanced to the Semifinal Round of the 2023-2024 Wharton Global High School Investment Competition.
The Wharton Global High School Investment Competition is a 12-week challenge in which students compete in teams, led by an advisor, to win the chance to manage the wealth of a potential client. Presented with a case study featuring this client, teams must create a compelling and creative long-term strategy that addresses the client’s investment goals. Along the way, they learn investing concepts with the help of Wharton Global Youth Program materials, conduct in-depth analysis, and buy and sell stocks for their portfolios using an online simulator designed for trading and portfolio-management education.
Following the competition through to the end is a big commitment. NPIS_1 was one of 50 top global teams selected from more than 1,600 final competition reports. Everyone at Nový PORG should be very proud of their accomplishments.

I would also like to recognize Zach Barnes for serving as the team’s advisor. They played an essential role in the students’ success.
